This wine wants to honour the game of rugby, the sport I love the most and has given me so much: experience, friendship and courage. Scrum is a blend of two grapes: Corvina (80%) is elegant and refined; Oseleta (20%) is rougher and more intense. Like two teams, coming together to create a unique bond of scents and flavours. Their playground is the clayver, an innovative clay pot designed to allow grapes to release and bind their essence without being overpowered by wood. Finally, sixteen months of aging one for each player.
