My vineyards are located on hilly ground moraine in the town of Bardolino, precisely Calmasino, the country where I was born and raised, a small village in the hills that line the eastern shore of Lake Garda where climate and soil deeply characterize the wines that are produced here.
The vineyard has a surface area of about 5000 square meters of which 4000 planted with pergola with vines ranging in age from 20 to 30 years. Alongside this will be the new vineyard, the first of my property. The newborn mappale 308 is a plot of 1,000 square meters planted with trellis where I planted in early 2013 the cuttings of native varieties Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara and Oseleta.
My dream would be to create a CRU Calmasino, the French, but this is no time.
